Our guesthouse offers 6 double rooms and is the perfect place for family vacations, friends, or team-building training, accommodating up to 12 guests in a holiday village next to the Jonathermal therapeutic and leisure spa. Whether it's a long weekend, birthday, summer vacation, team-building event, or just a few days to escape the daily rush, slow down, recharge, make memories, and relax, we're here to make it happen.

What we offer: a two-story guesthouse where the ground floor features an open-plan kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a toilet. Our kitchen is fully equipped, so you can enjoy bubbly drinks, coffee, baking, or cooking as you like. A microwave, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, large refrigerator with a freezer, and a dishwasher are all at your disposal. From here, you can access our 30 m² covered terrace, where you can have breakfast with the sound of birds chirping and enjoy dinner while listening to the cricket's song. You can chat, play foosball, or even dance if you feel like it. This terrace is a favorite spot for our guests from spring to autumn.

The rooms are equipped with comfortable firm and semi-firm mattresses. The living room has a Bluetooth speaker, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi throughout the house and garden. The house is insulated, and the windows have mosquito nets. Both floors are cooled by air conditioning.

Upstairs, you'll find 4 more bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet. In cooler weather, the bathrooms can be heated separately. In the rooms, you can adjust the light intensity and listen to your favorite music through Bluetooth speakers built into the lamps. The hallway leads to a balcony.

Outside, there's a grill area, perfect for social cooking, barbecuing, and grilling with family or friends. We provide firewood and two cauldrons for your cooking needs.

If you're traveling with children, there's a swing and some outdoor toys for them to enjoy.

Your vehicles can be safely parked in the yard.

During the high season (July 1st - August 31st), we cannot accommodate fewer than 8 people, but at other times, we are completely flexible, welcoming guests from 2 to 12 people.

You will have the entire house to yourselves, and you'll only meet us upon arrival and departure. You can also request a contactless handover.

Our guesthouse is pet-friendly and surrounded by a secure fence, so your pets are welcome to join you.

The Jonathermal therapeutic and leisure spa is just 200 meters away. The spa has both indoor and outdoor pools, playgrounds, water slides, wave pools, children's pools, thermal pools, saunas, and large grassy areas with trees and snack bars. Everyone will find their favorite pool here. If you prefer not to swim, there's also an artificial lake with icebergs and a sandy beach. On Fridays and Saturdays, you can enjoy night baths year-round. The entrance fee covers all the services the spa offers. We believe all generations will find the perfect place for rest or active relaxation here.

Several fishing lakes are also located nearby.

Nearby, you'll find restaurants, a shop, and a fitness park. The resort area features the Hungarikum promenade, wine tastings, and a riding stable. You can rollerblade, bike, or rent a scooter to explore the surroundings.
